Lord of Grotesque Grinning

He walks on heads of the fallen, his right hand constantly changing shape though its favorite is that of a sharp knife like hand and fingers. Its left hand pulverizing force mixed with horns with the piercing strength of a drill. A constant crying or laughing can be heard from its left shoulder. Dressed formally and sadistically, ribbon like tendrils consuming your sight. A face that holds your gaze and causes you to smile uncontrollably whilst a overwhelming fear grips you.
